Portfolio Move - Tesla Initiation

Yesterday, Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) revisited a prior low for the year before recovering somewhat back to $227.50 per share. I've been sitting on cash during the recent volatility, waiting patiently for a solid opportunity to deploy this capital.
